3rd Wales International Championships

An extremely successful weekend of taekwondo for the Aquila Sparring team in Cardiff!
On Saturday, a team of 17 stepped on the mats at the 3rd International Wales Open. Everyone did incredibly well, with some of our most experienced athletes putting forward some of their best performances to date, and some of our newer students and Poomsae athletes trying a sparring competition for the first time.
We’re delighted that everyone who competed came away with a medal!
