2nd Wales Poomsae Championships

An extremely successful weekend of taekwondo for the Aquila Poomsae team in Cardiff!
On Sunday, the Poomsae team was ready to perform, with a team featuring a mixture of experienced and first-time competitors, including experienced fighters trying patterns for the first time. We’re delighted that every single athlete came away with one or more medals, with some great performances across the board.

The Poomsae team’s efforts were rewarded with 1st place Team Trophy! 
Every athlete gained valuable mat time and experience before the National Championships later in the year. Huge congratulations to all competitors!
